There's something about this one too, as you closely inspect that delicate fan formation at the end of that dazzling double strand of silver curb chain. You’re infatuated. You being to think of how it will look on your own neck But if only you could!
You can! Pick a stone. We will work with you to create a unique custom jewelry design.
Initial Design & Consultation
Send us pictures and/or sketches of different designs that have elements you want to incorporate. With each photo or sketch, provide a detailed explanation of what you like, etc. Please be sure all images are in jpg or gif format.
We will also need to know the following:
Neck, or wrist or ring-finger size
Metal Type
Stone Info: Types, Dimensions, Approximate carat, weight or grams.
Finish Date Desired (please keep in mind that it’s probably not a good idea to order a design on December 15th if you desire to give it as a gift on Christmas day)
If you have a stone of your own that you’d like us to use or include with your design, we need to know the shape and size
Approximate Budget (Though we will do everything within our ability to accommodate your vision, we need to know that this is a realistic project for your before committing to the resources of our design team)

Further communication is usually necessary to help our design team come to a satisfactory understanding of your design. We will cover the stones, size, metals, finish, weight and an estimated price* and delivery schedule.
When you are ready to confirm your custom order, Batiz will contact you by phone to obtain your payment or credit card information and authorization of a $100 (non-refundable) deposit to begin the design process. This $100 charge will be applied to your custom order should you choose to continue with the project and have it made.

We will not replicate a piece of jewelry that was previously privately commissioned. * Customized work is one of a kind; however, if you see one of my previous commissions that you really like, you may inquire about that design and we can work on a similar, but unique design just for you. We can also work with you to create a new unique design using stones, metals or components of your choice.

When the design is ready, Batiz will send you an email with a link to a private page on our website so you can see pictures of the design(s) and approve it -or- request modifications. Your credit card will not be charged unless you authorize any changes. You may also cancel your order at that time if our suggestions for alternatives are not acceptable to you.
Return Policy for Custom Orders:
Jewelry that is created as a custom design on a commission basis is not returnable unless the piece arrives damaged. Batiz will guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions of the piece, the stones and metals used.
* Due to the volatility in the recent gold and silver markets there may be fluctuations in prices and quotes given, if there is a significant delay between the time you receive a quote and actually pay us your deposit.
** We are a custom jewelry designer. Our jewelry is based on our own original designs. For business and legal reasons please do not ask us to copy or reproduce another jeweler's design, to make jewelry from a design created by someone else.
