You must fax us a copy of your business license and/or sales tax permit depending on the state you are in to open an account. Your opening order must be at least $300.00 and follow-up orders have a minimum of $100.00. You can use our Fax/E-mail order form to fax your order and an invoice will be emailed or faxed to you. We require prepayment for all orders, and accept company check, MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal.
Wholesale orders are shipped within seven (7) days of the confirmed, paid order.
